The first hijacked plane’s transponder (locator signal) went off at 8:20am. Why did it take the normally ultra-efficient NORAD 78 minutes to react??

*the story was later changed to 8:52am out of Otis Air Force Base (32 minutes later) and Mr. Myers and the V-P admitted to being on CIA-supplied crack at the time of the interviews.

Why are 8 of the 19 hijackers still alive?
Despite the obvious identities identity theft the Official 911 Commission (published July 22, 2004) and the current FBI site still list and pictures these 8 amongst the hijackers who died on 911.

Where are the indestructible black boxes?
The Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) and the Flight Data Recorder (FDR), commonly known as black boxes of all but one plane were destroyed. Black Boxes are extremely durable.
-->They have an impact tolerance of 3400 times gravity (3400Gs / 6.5 ms)
-->They can burn at 1100°C for 30 minutes!
-->They are Water pressure resistance down to 20,000 feet (1200meters)
Yet on 911, only the black boxes of Flight 93, which crashed in rural Pennsylvania were found. However, they were never release to the public.
